SEEING POSSIBILITIES

A women-owned business that specializes in assisting non-profit and for-profit organizations in developing high-quality affordable housing.

Affordable housing is the defining challenge of our time. The Colorado State Demographer projects nearly 500,000 new housing units are needed between now and 2030 (or 40,950 units per year) to return the housing market to a healthy level. Although voters and policy makers agree on the urgency to build more affordable housing, it's never been more difficult to secure the land, financing, or public support. That's where we bring clarity and solutions to your affordable housing project.

There comes a point when your project feels stuck. Perhaps your Low Income Housing Tax Credit application was denied...again. Or neighbors have banded together to publicly fight your project. Or you want to identify additional funds to cover tenant support services. Perhaps you're looking for the right service provider / investor / developer to partner on your project. Or perhaps you have multiple funders who are interested, but waiting for someone else to step up first.

At Clarity, we have the experience, relationships, creativity and resiliency to get around the challenges facing your project.
